Refund policy

A Clarity Edit is a one-time service for one document. If we have not started work on your draft, ask for a refund and we will issue it.

Once we have delivered the edited or translated file, the purchase is complete. Your included revision covers reasonable changes to that same document. It does not cover a new document or extra word count.

If we miss the two-business-day window after receiving a complete draft, you may request a refund of the unused job. Incomplete submissions (missing text, missing language, or a file we cannot open) pause the clock until we have what we need.

We will refund a purchase we cannot take under our terms, including academic cheating, fake documents, or certified legal or medical work.
